In order to guard clients non-public personal information, we maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with the U.S. federal standards. If the relationship between a client and Blue Crown Futures ends, Blue Crown Futures will continue to treat clients personal information as described in this notice. An individual clients right to privacy extends to all forms of contact with Blue Crown Futures including telephone, written correspondence and electronic media, such as the Internet. Blue Crown Futures reserves the right to change this privacy notice, and to apply changes to information previously collected, as permitted by law. Blue Crown Futures will inform clients of any such changes as required by law.
